Roles & Responsibilities

This is a contract role ending in June 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, priorities, and KPIs.
  • Analyse business processes and provide insights to support process improvements and decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts on a scheduled or ad-hoc basis.
  • Train stakeholders on using data and BI tools to drive analytical decision-making.
  • Work on medium to complex BI solutions, integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Analyse financial and operational data to improve reporting capabilities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure reports meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with local team members, with occasional in-person meetings at regional offices or data centres.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of relevant Business Intelligence or Data Analytics experience
  • Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI or equivalent) and Excel.
