We welcome you to embark on the next transformative phase of the SJC and join our team of committed professionals as: MANAGER / ASSISTANT DIRECTOR(SYSTEMS, PROCESSES, PLANNING AND RESOURCES)The SJC’s Systems, Processes, Planning and Resources Division is responsible for: programme planning and implementation marketing and promotion of SJC’s programmes data collection, analysis and reporting developing and implementing knowledge and learning management systems and workflows and processes that support learning judges overseeing the SJC’s website (both public and intranet)monitoring the SJC’s budget executing the delivery of curricula and instruction What you will be working on: The Manager / Assistant Director (Systems, Processes, Planning and Resources) reports to the Deputy Director (Systems, Processes, Planning & Resources) and works closely with Curriculum, Pedagogy & Innovation to execute the full spectrum of the College’s programmes which includes: Manage the end-to-end administration and logistics for the College’s programmes, with a particular focus on international programmes. Interface with other internal Divisions to ensure the smooth execution of programmes. Assist in developing and executing plans to build strategic partnerships with international and local partners. Design, coordinate and manage content for the College’s e-learning and knowledge management platforms. Assist in the implementation of digitalisation and adoption of digital enablers to support education and development needs. Post-produce videos and create infographics for the College’s programmes. What we are looking for: Requirements: At least 1 year’s experience in programming, with a keen interest in judicial education and training. Proficient in the use of audio-visual equipment. Experience in international relations is an advantage. Proficiency in IT, Microsoft applications and audio and visual post-production software is an advantage. Experience in web development or maintenance is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to effectively engage with international participants. Able to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment. Proactive self-starter who is able to work well independently and in a team.
