Job Title: Portfolio Management Professional

Job Description:

The Portfolio Management Professional oversees a portfolio of companies, consisting of local and multinational entities. The role involves managing junior staff, ensuring timely completion of corporate secretarial duties, and attending to clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise 1-2 junior staff in managing a portfolio of companies.
  • Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, including incorporation, directors' resolutions, board and shareholder meetings, AGM, striking off documents, and filing relevant documents with ACRA – Bizfile+.
  • Attend clients' meetings and handle client due diligence.
  • Process work pass applications for clients' expatriate staff.
  • Review financial statements in eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) format.

Requirements:

  • Member of CSIS or undertaking CGQP preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Meticulous, organized, and proactive individual who can work independently.
  • Multi-tasking and working under tight timelines.
  • Initiative, responsible, and team player with good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS office, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Long-term career growth prospects.
