  • 负责班级管理的各项事务,并执行日常照护工作,确保孩子们的安全与卫生
  • 维系并建立与孩子及家长的良好关系

技能与知识要求:

  • 喜欢与孩子相处
  • 拥有良好的沟通与人际交往能力
  • 能够独立工作,也能融入团队合作
  • 有幼儿教育经验者优先考虑
