By combining global innovation with local expertise, Rapsodo is shaping the future of performance training in two of Japan’s most iconic sports. We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our golf product portfolio. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Head of Product Management (USA), this role will translate customer needs and market insights into innovative solutions that deliver measurable value. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle —from discovery to delivery—partnering with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure our B2B golf products meet customer expectations and business goals. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Planning Define, refine, and execute the product roadmap for Rapsodo’s golf technology. Drive product discovery through customer research, competitive benchmarking, and market trend analysis. Build business cases and value propositions for new concepts and major enhancements. Requirements & Development Translate high-level concepts into detailed requirements, epics, and user stories. Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to deliver scalable, user-centric features on time. Ensure customer insights remain central throughout the development lifecycle. Customer & Market Engagement Act as the voice of the customer—especially golf coaches, academies, and training centers. Partner with sales and customer success teams to gather feedback and validate direction. Support product launches and onboarding with training and enablement materials. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Track KPIs and usage metrics to assess performance and identify improvements. Drive A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to optimize features and experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration Align closely with marketing, sales, and support on go-to-market strategies. Represent the product in customer-facing events, trade shows, and demos as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience in B2B SaaS, sports tech, or consumer electronics . Strong knowledge or proven interest in the golf industry , particularly coaching and training environments. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with both B2B and B2C product landscapes is an advantage. Passion for golf, sports performance, or athlete development is highly desirable.
