We're looking for a dedicated and energetic F&B Service Supervisor to join our team at Feast Café. If you have a flair for hospitality and leadership, we want to meet you

Your Role

As our F&B Service Supervisor, you will lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet. You will also support and guide the team to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Take orders, serve food & beverages, and handle food preparation where necessary
  • Respond to guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Uphold food hygiene and safety standards at all times
  • Promote daily specials, membership offers, and new menu items to customers
  • Apply upselling and suggestive selling techniques to boost sales
  • Monitor quality, presentation, and consistency of food, menus, and promotional materials
  • Operate the POS and product ordering systems
  • Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet
  • Perform daily opening and closing duties
  • Support the team in replenishing stock, clearing tables, and maintaining a tidy environment
  • Take on other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to handle feedback positively
  • Experience in a supervisory F&B role is an advantage
