Our platform supports diverse financial instruments such as spot, margin, futures, options, and perpetuals. As a Senior Staff Software Engineer in the C++ team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the infrastructure and architecture of these critical systems, ensuring we maintain our competitive edge in the fast-paced financial markets. What You'll Be Doing Design and implement innovative solutions for our full range of trading products, including spot, futures, perpetual swaps, and options Build out our industry-leading trading platform, focusing on core infrastructure and architectural components Drive performance optimization for the overall trading architecture, aiming for ultra-low latency, high availability, and scalability Identify and eliminate critical performance bottlenecks across the entire trading architecture, implementing advanced low-latency and high-throughput solutions in C++Serve as a technical authority and subject matter expert in C++ performance and core trading systems; provide technical guidance, perform rigorous code reviews, and mentor senior and mid-level engineers Design highly resilient, fault-tolerant systems and drive best practices in monitoring, alerting, incident response, and post-mortem analysis for mission-critical trading infrastructure Collaborate extensively with Stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into highly efficient and scalable technical solutions.
