ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Partnerships Manager would be responsible for helping the company with the following areas: Manage and Nurture Partnerships: Drive the success of Unravel Carbon’s partners (consultants, technology companies, government agencies, etc.) by managing ongoing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring partners have what they need to succeed. Enable Partner Success: Develop and deliver training, resources, and support to empower partners to effectively sell and support Unravel Carbon’s solutions. Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and provide partners with up-to-date tools and insights. Drive Revenue through Partnerships: Collaborate with partners on go-to-market strategies and joint business plans to generate revenue and expand market reach. Monitor and Report Performance: Track partner performance against KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership on partnership outcomes. ABOUT YOU Experience in Partnership Management: 2+ years in a partnerships role, preferably within SaaS or a related field, where you managed partner relationships and enabled their success. Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills for effectively engaging and motivating partners. Collaborative and Solutions-Oriented: Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and resolve issues creatively to ensure partner success. Self-Starter with Growth Mindset: Motivated to take initiative, learn continuously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Familiarity with Sustainability or SaaS Solutions (a plus): Experience or strong interest in sustainability, carbon measurement, or reporting is highly desirable. Bonus: Experience in the sustainability or carbon accounting space. Existing network of relevant partners. Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools. Passion: A genuine interest in sustainability and combating climate change. YOUR WORK STYLE Focused and driven - achieving your objectives is critical to you. Eager to think outside of the box and creatively problem-solve. Strategic mind-set and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. YOUR PREFERRED BACKGROUND A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, minimum 2 years of working experience in partnerships functions within B2B SaaS companies.
