Learn more about our .As a **Process Technician in R&D**, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and optimization of semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will work closely with engineers and scientists to execute experiments, collect data, and maintain equipment in a cleanroom environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about advancing cutting-edge technology.**Responsibilities:*** Assisting engineer to work on developing process technology for advanced semiconductor processes* Responsible for performing basic recipe and CH troubleshooting during process runs and implement changes based on directions from the engineer* Owner for the execution of module process, data collection for measurement & inspection and sharing of data with the engineer* Interact with internal and external CH and metrology tool owners to align for tool time, execute process sequence and collect data to feedback to engineer* Occasional over-time to support process engineering support activities**Requirements:*** ITE/ Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Materials Science) or related field.* > 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or R&D environment preferred.* Familiarity with cleanroom operations and semiconductor processing equipment is a plus.* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.* Basic understanding of process control and data analysis.* Good communication and teamwork skills.* Must be able to commit Monday - Friday rotating shift (9am - 6pm/ 4pm - 11pm).**Work Location:*** Science Park II (Moving to Tampines in end 2026)**Additional Information****Time Type:**Full time**Employee Type:**Assignee / Regular**Travel:**No**Relocation Eligible:**NoApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
