Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 8.30am-6pm. Location: East A special education school is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Therapist to support students in achieving their individual learning and behavioural goals. What You'll Be Doing: Observe and analyze students' behaviour while applying ABA principles Develop individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs Implement IEPs, evaluate student performance, and monitor ongoing progress Identify and appropriately respond to significant behavioural improvements Apply effective behavioural redirection strategies as needed Manage and address challenging behaviours in a professional and supportive manner Maintain accurate written documentation for each student Collaborate and communicate regularly with supervisors and parents regarding student progress What We're Looking For: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or an equivalent field Basic understanding and practical knowledge of ABA principles Looking for a job?
