Overview As an MD, Head of Enablement for Cash Management , you’ll be a key strategic advisor and trusted partner to the Global Head of Cash Management and the management team (including DCS), driving revenue growth and enhancing profitability while managing risk. In this Singapore-based role, you will take ownership of the business’ strategic plan and risk management that incorporates economic, political and regulatory change to maximise shareholder value, identify and create areas of competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead the execution of client strategies for Cash Management and DCS, ensuring alignment with global strategies and product partners. Cultivate high-level relationships, moving beyond transactional interactions to become a consistent value-added partner. Business Growth Initiatives: Drive growth by ensuring effective balance sheet and capital management, working with Finance, Credit Portfolio Management, Coverage, Transaction Banking Sales and Risk partners to optimise capital allocation, RWA, and returns across the Cash Management franchise. Risk Management: Grow the Cash Management franchise by understanding horizon risks and opportunities as a business and support the management team’s decision making on capacity and investments in the right areas. Business Enablement: Partner the Cash Management team to translate Group strategy into actionable execution plans, aligning resources, processes, and infrastructure to deliver on revenue, cost, and efficiency targets leveraging the strong Cash product, domain and industry experience. Senior Client Relationships: Anticipate client needs and ensure relevant product and industry experts are available to deliver tailored solutions. What You’ll Bring Product and Domain Expertise: Extensive regional or global experience in Cash Management products, processes, key processing systems, and inherent risks in the Cash space. Substantial and recent business management, finance or COO experience within an international firm desired. Gravitas and Influencing Skills: Demonstrated understanding of Transaction Banking and Cash Business at the most senior levels, backed by an extensive network within the Transaction Banking community. Skilled in stakeholder engagement across geographies, influencing senior management, resolving conflicts and aligning priorities to deliver outcomes in complex environments. Commercial Expertise: Proven understanding of the future of technology and other emerging Cash themes. Extensive Financial Expertise: Proven understanding of Cash Management P&L dynamics, cost management, margins and returns optimization. Strong Regulatory Knowledge: Solid grasp of regulatory frameworks and the ability to contribute to policy formulation. Setting and governing infrastructure processes and frameworks for robust compliance and controls.
