Responsible for the development of scenarios like risk management, moderation, service-care and etc. Constantly improve customer experience through quantitative service monitoring, alerting, and the use of data and operational dashboards. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline. Coding experience with a general purpose programming language (HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript). Experience with any major Javascript framework like ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Enthusiastic about quality, design, and user experience.
