Responsibilities
Support high-volume precision manufacturing companies in their use of Renishaw’s technologies.
Collaborate with Renishaw’s local sales and regional application engineers to propose and execute detailed solutions for manufacturing companies.
Take ownership of implementing these solutions on-site to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in metal cutting.
Proficiency in Production Engineering.
Hands-on experience in operating and programming CNC machine tools.
Knowledge of CNC macro programming.
Familiarity with CMM programming.
Experience using relevant Renishaw products, such as Machine Tool probing, CMMs, and Equator is preferred but not necessary.
Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis.
In addition to the technical requirements, the successful candidate should possess the following attributes:
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to build relationships.
Self-confidence and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and prospects.
