Job Description

The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the operational integrity of clients' IT infrastructure and systems. This engineer is responsible for providing proactive monitoring, identification, investigation, and resolution of technical incidents and problems.

The primary objective of this role is to proactively review client requests or tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them without breaching service level agreements (SLAs).

This position focuses on second-line support for incidents and requests with a medium level of complexity and spans across two or more technology domains - Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, and/or Collaboration etc.

In addition, this role may contribute to/project work as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps in AWS and Azure.
  • Strong command of infrastructure automation, scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash), and CI/CD tools.
  • Deep understanding of networking, DNS, VPN, load balancing, and firewalls in cloud environments.
  • Practical experience with container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, EKS).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
