Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and people-oriented Business Growth Specialist to lead, develop, and grow a high-performing team of financial advisors.   • Key Responsibilities: Assist in building and leading a team of financial consultants, through networking, outreach, and referrals; Develop and mentor the new and existing team members to ensure consistent growth and professionalism; Drive the performance of the sales through strategy planning and implementation; Monitor Compliance and ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies; Collaborate with senior management on business development initiatives and agency growth strategies; Foster a performance-driven and supportive culture to drive productivity and retention within the team.
