Responsibilities Ensure all machines are in working condition for smooth production; no defects are induced. Immediate on‐site troubleshooting on machines if any issues arise. Escalate issues and work with suppliers when problems persist; enable remote support following provided guidelines. Set up and ensure that process flow runs smoothly. Ensure that machines meet targeted UPH (units per hour) and cycle time. Provide NPI support on automation to ensure smooth implementation and an issue‐free environment. Requirements Experienced from a contract manufacturing company or from a server/rack manufacturing environment. At least 2–3 years of similar experience. Experience with troubleshooting. Must have experience in continuous improvement processes. Experience in equipment assembly of hard disk. Ability to work with the customer, HQ/factory, peers/subordinate, and superiors.
