Lead Electrical Engineer - Power systems - Singapore AVA Energy is partnered with a Global Power Solutions Provider who is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join their team in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-voltage power generation projects across multiple countries, supporting both design and operational delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead on-site engineering reviews, client consultations, and system analysis to define power project requirements. Design and review HV electrical systems (20 kV+) using CAD; perform fault level calculations and protection studies. Prepare engineering reports and project documentation; support Sales and Operations teams from design through commissioning. Champion QHSE compliance and drive Operational Excellence initiatives. Requirements Electrical Engineering degree Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical power systems Strong experience with high-voltage systems (20 kV+)Proficiency in CAD software for electrical schematics and layouts Experience in project management of technical engineering projects Excellent communication, teamwork, and client-facing skills Willingness to travel across APAC countries Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering and Project Management Industries Electric Power Generation #J-18808-Ljbffr
