Global Business Intelligence & Strategy PMO Lead Lead and oversee global strategic and business intelligence (BI) initiatives from planning to execution. Establish and drive governance frameworks to ensure projects are aligned with group‐wide business objectives and deliver measurable impact. Coordinate with regional and business unit leaders to ensure seamless execution of cross‐functional strategic programs. PMO Governance & Excellence Develop and implement PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices tailored to BI and strategy projects. Create and manage enterprise‐level project dashboards, ensuring clear visibility on KPIs, milestones, risks, and resource allocation. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery. Strategic Insights & Performance Monitoring Support strategic decision‐making by providing data‐driven insights and performance analysis across initiatives. Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Business Intelligence & Strategy to translate business priorities into actionable project roadmaps. Track and report on strategic initiative outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement and impact optimization. Stakeholder Alignment & Communication Act as a key liaison between the BI & Strategy office and other global functions (e.g., Finance, Product, Marketing, Risk). Facilitate executive‐level meetings, strategy workshops, and project steering committees. Drive organizational change management and ensure cross‐functional teams are aligned with strategic objectives. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred. 8+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in strategy, BI, or transformation roles at a regional or global level. Proven track record leading complex, cross‐functional projects with executive visibility. Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect data insights with strategic initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Fluency in English and Chinese; additional languages are a plus. Experience in multinational or high‐growth environments is highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
