About the Team As the Interview Coordination Specialist, you will be a subject‐matter expert for all interview coordination processes. You will work closely with Hiring Managers and Talent Partners to recruit the best talent, providing efficient, accurate, and timely support of our interview processes. Your role will ensure each candidate has a great Workday experience and will involve hiring, training, and mentoring fellow Interview Coordinators around the world. Responsibilities Lead team meetings and serve as the subject‐matter expert for interview logistics, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements. Deliver excellent customer service by load balancing, task assignment, and monitoring service‐level agreements. Act as the main point of contact for the coordination team, facilitating communication of process changes, system enhancements, and general announcements. Identify gaps and inefficiencies in business processes and work with management to implement global streamlining solutions. Participate in the selection, training, and onboarding of new team members. Cover and assign team workload during out‐of‐office periods. Support cross‐functional ad hoc projects and programs. Manage recruiting partner relationships, collaborating on initiatives and process improvements. Build team culture through events, recognition, and similar initiatives. Work with coordination managers to handle issues with team members. About You 2+ years of human resources, recruiting operations, or related experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent on‐the‐job work experience. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track a high‐volume activity and exceptional follow‐through. Strong customer service orientation and a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to interface with all levels of the organization. Problem‐solving mindset with a strong sense of accountability and sound judgment.
