An authentic Swiss family heritage spanning decades from the first Läderach chocolate factory in 1962, the Läderach family continues pursuing their passion and commitment to luxury chocolate. We are looking for a motivated and passionate Retail Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent service, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth daily store operations in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment. Duties & Responsibilities Engage with customers to promote and sell products while delivering a positive and professional customer experience. Proactively generate new business through walk-in customers and phone enquiries. Consistently meet and uphold service excellence standards. Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a prompt and courteous manner. Support daily operations, including invoicing, packing, replenishment, stock receiving, and inventory checks. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and visual presentation are maintained in the boutique at all times. Requirements Minimum ITE / Diploma / Degree. Prior experience in the retail sector would be an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service orientation and a genuine passion for luxury retail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift hours as required by retail operations. Good command of both spoken and written English. 5 days work week; 44 hours in a week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
