About the job Marsden Swim School is one of the leading swimming lesson providers in Singapore, operating for 25 years. We teach children of all ages and abilities, right from parent assisted baby/toddler classes through to competitive swimming. We also cater to adults. We are located at Bukit Timah, Potong Pasir, German European School and Delta Swimming Complex. The Role At Marsden Swim School, we believe that swimming is not just a skill, but a life‐saving ability that builds confidence, discipline, and joy. We are seeking passionate and responsible swimming instructors to join our growing team and inspire the next generation of swimmers. As part of our coaching team, you will conduct engaging, fun and safe swimming lessons for babies and children across a range of ages and abilities. Comprehensive in‐house training is provided and prior coaching experience is not a must for the right candidate. We are looking for fun, vibrant individuals who love to teach or discover this and cultivate this skill. It is a wonderful attribute that only strengthens the candidate. Follow Marsden Swim School's structured curriculum and safety protocols. Provide regular progress feedback to students and parents via our customer portal. Manage class schedules and communicate effectively with the operations team. Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment. Maintain high levels of professionalism and punctuality. Classes will take place at Jalan Jurong Kechil, German European School or our new outlet at Potong Pasir. Ideal Profile We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and working with children. Friendly, reliable, and confident in leading classes independently or with support. Able to communicate effectively in English. Flexible with scheduling (weekday afternoons, weekends preferred). What's on Offer Join a well known brand within education.
