We're seeking a seasoned Senior Driver to join our growing team. You'll be the frontline ambassador for our Marine Crew Transport Services, ensuring timely, comfortable, and secure transfers for seafarers between ports, airports, hotels, and shipyards.
Job Responsibilities
Safely operate passenger vans and other company-issued vehicles for scheduled seafarer transfers
Plan and follow efficient routes using in-house OMS (Order Management System)
Conduct vehicle pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
Provide courteous "meet & greet" support, assist with luggage, and ensure passenger comfort
Record trip details (pick-up/drop-off times, mileage, incidents) in the OMS and via WhatsApp updates
Mentor and guide junior drivers; uphold our high safety and service standards
Qualifications & Experience
Able to carry out basic conversation in English (Speaking & Writing) as majority passengers are English speaking.
At least 1 year working experience in transport or logistics industry is preferred
Possess Class 3/3A driving licence for at least a year.
Bus Driver Vocational Licence holder would be advantageous
Familiarity with Changi Airport, HarbourFront, Tuas, and Marina South Pier routes
Able to communicate using technology like WhatsApp, Outlook, and our OMS is preferred, training will be provided.
