As a Virtual Reality Gaming Host, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience in our immersive gaming environment. Your role will involve managing excited customers, handling high-pressure situations, and actively resolving potential issues while keeping customers engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively and quickly resolve potential issues while keeping customers engaged
  • Provide strong and engaging oral presentation skills to ensure a seamless gaming experience
  • Work effectively with small and large teams to achieve common goals
  • Take accountability for your work and strive for excellence in all aspects of your role
  • Contribute to a safe environment for all customers, team members, and contractors by following safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
  • No prior experience required - training will be provided
  • Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts
  • 5-day work week
