Pre-Sales Engineer

As a Pre-Sales Engineer supporting Southeast Asia (SEA) Sales , you will play a pivotal role in designing tailored surveillance solutions , delivering technical consultations, and empowering partners across the region. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, distributors, and end‐users to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of i‐PRO technologies. Responsibilities Solution Design & Proposal Design customized CCTV solutions tailored to industry-specific requirements across SEA markets. Proposed Cameras, NVRs, Storage systems, and network architecture based on customer needs. Prepare detailed system architecture diagrams, Bills of Materials (BOM), and solution proposals. Product Demonstrations & Proof of Concept (POC)Conduct live or virtual product demonstrations highlighting key features such as AI analytics, edge processing, and third‐party integrations. Deploy and manage POC systems at customer sites to validate performance and suitability. Technical Consultation & Post‐Sale Support Provide technical consultation during pre‐sales engagements and post‐sales support. Assist with VMS integration, troubleshooting, and configuration to ensure seamless operation. Support the deployment of Edge AI applications and partner‐developed solutions. Tender & Specification Support Collaborate with sales and channel partners to prepare technical documentation for tenders, RFPs, and RFQs. Engage with consultants and specifiers to promote i‐PRO products in project specifications (spec‐in activities). Training & Partner Enablement Deliver technical and solution‐based training to partners, distributors, and internal teams across SEA. Conduct workshops and webinars to enhance product knowledge and solution‐selling capabilities. Regional Collaboration & Travel Work closely with country sales managers in Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Travel across SEA for partner visits, site surveys, training sessions, and POC deployments as needed. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Computer Studies, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronic Engineering. Work experience in Singapore and Southeast Asia operations , with familiarity in regional market dynamics and customer needs. Strong understanding of CCTV technologies including IP cameras, NVRs, storage solutions , and network architecture. Exposure to AI‐powered video analytics, edge computing, and integration with third‐party analytics platforms . Hands‐on experience with enterprise‐grade Video Management Systems (e.g., Milestone, Genetec, Nx Witness), including integration and customization capabilities. Ability to architect end‐to‐end surveillance solutions tailored to specific industries such as retail, transportation, and manufacturing. Skilled in preparing system architecture diagrams, Bills of Materials (BOMs) , and comprehensive technical proposals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
