Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Provide therapeutic support to individuals, families, and youth, with a special focus on issues to do with sexuality, gender, problematic or compulsive sexual desires and/or behaviour, and emotional, developmental, and sexual trauma. Work with a significant percentage of male clients. Conduct intake assessments, risk evaluations, and develop personalised intervention plans. Lead group programs, psychoeducation sessions, and outreach initiatives on human sexuality and relationship health. Collaborate with schools, parents, and community organisations. Maintain accurate, confidential case documentation and participate in clinical supervision. Support research, program development, and grant reporting as needed. Candidate Requirements Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field. Preferred 3 years n below of clinical counselling experience; fresh candidates will also be considered. Strong foundation in trauma-informed care, family systems, and human sexuality. Registered or eligible for registration with Singapore Psychological Society (for psychologists) and Singapore Association for Counselling (for counsellors) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. Experience with youth, families, or community/faith-based settings is an advantage. Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, dialects) is a plus.
