HOUSE + PTE LTD is seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Attendant to join our team in the Jurong Gateway West Region. This full‐time role is integral to ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and hospitality in our establishment. As a Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient Spa service, ensuring the Spa experience is seamless and enjoyable for our guests. What you'll be doing Greet and welcome customers, and guide them to arrival at the shoe service area Shoe Storage & Retrieval Management Take food and beverage orders, and relay these to the kitchen and bar Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner Provide exceptional customer service and respond to any customer inquiries or requests Maintain a clean and organised workspace, restocking supplies as needed Assist with other front‐of‐house duties as required What we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle a fast‐paced environment Enthusiasm for providing exceptional service and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required What we offer Generous employee discounts on our products Opportunities for ongoing training and development A collaborative and inclusive company culture and other statutory benefits About us HOUSE + PTE LTD is a leading retailer of Spa, with a strong presence in the Jurong Gateway West Region.
