AML Project Delivery Lead
As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of AML project related system changes and production fixes. Your role will involve collaborating with vendor teams, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and production fixes.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, unit test, and review code for AML project related system changes and production fixes.
  • Manage vendor relationships, communicate with cross-functional teams, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver enhancements for AML systems during all phases of project delivery and production fixes.
  • Contribute to test planning for SIT and UAT, ensuring that all necessary tests are completed before deployment.
  • Coordinate application deployment activities in DevOps environments, working closely with Infra and change management teams.
  • Effect system changes into test and production environments using Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Aldon change management tools.
  • Share technical knowledge and best practices with internal teams through training sessions, enhancing their competency level.
  • Maintain application infrastructure in Unix/Linux, Windows, and Oracle environments.
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills and good written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in delivering project/system enhancements in the banking industry.
  • Hands-on experience in design and configuration/development work.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of designing and facilitating workshops with users as part of change delivery or defects fixes work.
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL design and development skills.
  • Expertise in Java/Scripting in Unix/Linux/Windows environment.
  • Ability to understand SLA/KPIs and deliver items within correct timeframes.
  • Vendor interaction and management skills.
  • Experience with AML applications, such as Fircosoft, Actimize, Detica/NetReveal.
Technical Skills:
  • Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
  • Java and shell scripting in Unix/Linux environments
  • DevOps CI/CD and release management
