Locum Dietitian

Company Description The Gentle Group is a Singapore-based healthcare company providing clinical and nutritional solutions for individuals with swallowing difficulties. We specialize in creating healthy texture-modified IDDSI standard meals (GentleFoods) as well as speech therapy & dietetics services (GentleCare). Role Description We are looking for dietitians to work with our patients at home, in nursing homes, day rehab centres, and other healthcare facilities. As a Locum Dietitian, you will be responsible for creating nutritional plans to improve the health and physical condition of individuals. Responsibilities Nutritional assessment and management of patients with various medical conditions and nutritional needs. Interpreting physician diet orders, analysing patients' health status, interviewing patients & caregivers to make appropriate diet recommendations. Recommending oral nutritional supplements if patient is on enteral feeding or unable to eat the inpatient meals provided. Education / info‐counselling to patients, nursing staff, caregivers. Work collaboratively with the MDT. Qualifications At least 3 years clinical experience working with adults in hospitals or community healthcare institutions in Singapore. Ability to work effectively alone and also in a multi-disciplinary team.
