Contract duration 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 202712 months contract (Option to extend)Working hours Mondays to Thursdays: 7:15am to 4:45pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break or such working hours Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays Job Scope Daily Operations & Student Management Monitor and manage student punctuality, implementing appropriate interventions for late arrivals and maintaining accurate attendance records Conduct regular patrols of classroom blocks and common areas to ensure a safe, orderly learning environment and address any behavioural concerns promptly Disciplinary Support & Case Management Provide comprehensive support to Year Heads and Discipline Master in investigating disciplinary matters, including gathering information, conducting interviews, and preparing detailed reports Coordinate and supervise in-house suspension and detention programmes, ensuring students receive appropriate guidance and support during these interventions Maintain accurate and up-to-date disciplinary and attendance records in individual student profiles, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality Requirements 3+ years in a similar role with proven expertise. Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital platforms. Experienced in supervising and engaging teenagers safely.
