Job Overview Job Title: IT Business Analyst (Project Management | 6 months | Public Sector)Duration: 6 months (with extension)Location: 1 Coleman Street, #08-06 The Adelphi Salary Range: $5000-$5500Eligibility: Only Singaporeans Job Highlights Work closely with Product management team to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for software projects. Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and system specifications. Map "as-is" and "to-be" business processes and identify areas for improvement. Act as the liaison between business users, developers, testers, and project stakeholders. Lead end-to-end project management for enhancements and implementations: Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Track progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure on-time delivery Conduct regular status updates and stakeholder communications Support system testing, including test case development, UAT coordination, and defect tracking. Maintain comprehensive documentation (BRD, PRD, FRS, meeting notes, etc.). Follow Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as required. Requirements At least a Degree in any relevant studies. 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and/or project management within software application delivery environments. Proven experience working with enterprise software (e.g., D365, Business Central etc). Strong requirement-gathering and process modeling skills. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project). Basic understanding of SDLC and software development processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to document clearly and facilitate meetings. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)Certification in PMP, CAPM, CBAP, or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM). Exposure to data migration, integration, or change management activities.
