Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team in Singapore. This part-time opportunity is ideal for those who want to work flexible 4-hour shifts and gain experience in the retail industry. Whether you are a student, a homemaker, or someone looking for a second income, this is a great way to step into a fast-paced, people-oriented work environment. As a Retail Crew Member, you will be at the forefront of delivering excellent service, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store floor and display areas Restock shelves and ensure product availability Operate POS systems to manage cash and card transactions efficiently Support promotional activities and in-store events Report any customer issues or inventory concerns to the supervisor Uphold company brand standards and customer service policies Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent Good spoken English; knowledge of a second language is a plus Basic computer literacy (for using POS and inventory systems)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long periods Experience Prior experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage but not required Freshers and students are welcome to apply — full training will be provided Working Hours Flexible 4-hour shifts available: Morning (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)Afternoon (12:00 PM – 4:00 PM)Evening (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM)Weekend and holiday availability is a plus Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Customer-first mindset with a passion for retail Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Adaptability to different shift timings and store locations (if required)Attention to visual merchandising and product placement Strong sense of punctuality and reliability Benefits Competitive hourly pay and attendance incentives Paid training and uniform provided Opportunity for full-time conversion or promotion Performance-based bonuses Staff discounts on selected products Dynamic and inclusive team culture Convenient store locations near public transport hubs Why Join Houston Skilled Consultancy?At Houston Skilled Consultancy, we do not just offer jobs — we offer opportunities to grow.
