To lead and manage the contracts function within the marine procurement team, ensuring effective negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts related to marine equipment, services, and logistics. The role supports strategic sourcing, risk mitigation, and compliance with internal and external regulations. Key Responsibilities Monitor all purchase orders (POs) raised by the Buyers and track and update PO status in the procurement system. Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of order, coordinate with freight forwarders and agents for smooth logistics arrangement, and monitor shipment progress to proactively resolve any delays or issues. Reduce cost of shipment through consolidation at major spares supply source and reduce number of individual shipments through consolidated shipment. Work closely with Vessel Managers to align delivery schedules with vessel requirements and provide regular updates on order and delivery status to vessels. Must Have Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. Strong understanding of maritime industry standards, INCOTERMS, and international trade regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills.
