Sales Director

Job Responsibilities Develop and implement local and regional sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Lead the sales team in proposal preparation, pricing analysis, contract negotiation, and execution to ensure profitable project delivery. Drive market positioning through exhibitions, trade shows, and strategic presentations; gather market intelligence to counter competitors’ strategies. Oversee sales budgeting, team performance, and after-sales service to ensure service quality and operational excellence. Job Requirements Min degree in Engineering or its equivalent. At least 8 years of relevant experience in the metal stamping or precision engineering industry. Strong technical knowledge in metal stamping, tooling, injection moulding, machining, costing, and relevant ISO standards. Proven leadership, negotiation, and strategic business development skills with the ability to lead teams and drive growth.
