Roles & Responsibilities Company Overview: Bio Organicare is a leading hair and scalp care brand in Singapore, renowned for its award-winning, organic treatments that address hair loss, thinning, and scalp issues. Established in 2012, we have expanded to multiple outlets across the island, including Orchard, HarbourFront, Tampines and Kent Ridge. Our mission is to provide effective, chemical-free solutions that promote hair growth and scalp health. Position Summary: We are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Hair & Scalp Wellness Consultants or Sales Supervisors. In this role, you will: Conduct personalized consultations to assess clients' hair and scalp conditions. Recommend suitable treatment plans and products from our in-house organic range. Manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and contribute to outlet performance. Lead and mentor junior staff (for supervisory roles). Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on hair and scalp care using Bio Organicare's methodologies. Demonstrate and sell our range of organic products and scalp treatments. Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the outlet. Stay updated on the latest hair care trends and product knowledge. Handle administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and inventory management. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or the beauty/wellness industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for natural and organic beauty solutions. Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
