The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Producer / Senior Producer to join the Singapore team and take ownership of end-to-end event production. In this role, you’ll: Lead and deliver integrated campaigns and large-scale events from concept through to execution. Collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams to design seamless experiences. Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor across strategy, logistics, content, and onsite management. Pitch bold ideas and bring them to life through live activations, digital campaigns, broadcasts, and branded storytelling. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources with precision, while staying agile in a fast-paced environment. Mentor junior team members and contribute to growing the Singapore hub. What We’re Looking For 3–4 years’ experience or more managing complex live event productions, integrated campaigns, or content projects. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to inspire trust and lead conversations. A proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly. Collaborative, approachable, and inclusive—someone who enjoys working with diverse teams and clients. Solid organizational and financial management skills, including budgeting and supplier management. Technical aptitude (experience with G Suite and event platforms a plus).
