- As an experienced General Manager for our Critical Care Injectable division at Health Biotech, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the division. Your responsibilities will include managing sales, marketing, and business development activities, all while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. We are seeking a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the industry, exceptional leadership qualities, and a proven track record in driving growth and profitability in the critical care segment.Your key responsibilities will involve operational leadership by supervising the division's daily functions, sales management to exceed revenue targets and identify new business opportunities, and developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the critical care injectable portfolio. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the product portfolio, cultivating relationships with key customers, conducting market analysis, building a high-performing team, managing budgets, and providing regular business performance reports to the Vice President.To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelors/Masters Degree, a minimum of 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 8 years in a management role within the critical care injectable segment.
