This includes: Monitor the validity of all nursing certifications and coordinate with Nurse Managers to schedule necessary re-certification training. Perform regular audits of medication and ward stock levels to prevent overstocking and initiate timely replenishment requests. Liaise with the Operations team and hospital pharmacists to process prescription forms and coordinate the collection of medication orders. Assist in the preparation and management of ward staff rosters. Provide general administrative support to operations and reception as needed.
