Principal Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced
Lead / Principal / Senior Software Engineer
to design, develop, and optimize scalable cloud-based software solutions while leading a team of engineers.
Hybrid working arrangement

Work on impactful government projects and contribute to nationwide digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering best practices in software development and DevOps.
Design and develop secure, resilient, and scalable cloud-native applications.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for cloud automation using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
Ensure adherence to security standards, compliance regulations, and coding best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and develop architecture strategies.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum
5 years ’ extensive experience in software development and cloud-native application design
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams
Proficiency in DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and
Infrastructure as Code
(Terraform, CloudFormation)
In-depth knowledge of cloud security standards and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions
