Responsibilities:
Scheduling the workers, and making sure instructions are carried out properly
Attend site meetings
Monitor and keep track of the site work progress to ensure the waterproofing work is carried out in a quality and efficient manner.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting to Senior Manager
Coordinate communication among team members, customers, and contractors and ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawing/specification
Provide on-site solutions during supervision works
Requirements:
Min 1 year of experience in a supervising position
Able to read, understand and work from technical drawings
Having a Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Cert, Managing work at height, Class 3 Driving Licence
