Purpose
Work in a global team of statistical experts to provide statistical support to Global Supply Chain sites and functions.
Focus on delivering statistical analyses for new product introductions (e.g., regulatory submissions, validation activities) and established products (e.g., root cause analysis, batch quality assessments), aligned with Product Lifecycle Management requirements.
Act as an essential partner to cross-functional global teams, management, and key stakeholders, providing statistical input and guiding interpretation.
Help build statistical capability across GSC sites and functions as a Subject Matter Expert in Statistics.
Responsibilities
Support global teams by providing statistical expertise, interpreting outputs, and contributing to deviations and improvement projects.
Carry out statistical analyses, report results, and communicate conclusions through technical documents and presentations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Ensure data analysis compliance with GSK QMS, SOPS, Ph.Eur., ICH/FDA guidelines.
Maintain data integrity through appropriate methodologies and reproducibility.
Contribute to the development of SOPs and guidelines with statistical content.
Participate in standardizing data evaluation methods and collaborate with the wider statistics network.
Upskill the organization through coaching, mentoring, and training on statistical tools and data evaluation.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in pharma or manufacturing.
Proficiency in SAS, R, JMP, Python.
Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
Preferred Qualifications:
PhD in Statistics or related field.
Experience with QbD principles.
Knowledge of biopharmaceutical or vaccine processes.
Experience working in global and interdisciplinary teams.
