Roles & Responsibilities The Executive will coordinate events from planning to execution, manage publicity efforts, and support the operational needs of the Centre. Key Responsibilities Programme Planning & Coordination Conceptualise and organise recreational, educational, and wellness programmes. Coordinate with community partners, NGOs, and volunteers on event logistics and implementation. Ensure all programmes are well-documented, evaluated, and aligned with engagement objectives. Event Marketing & Publicity Prepare and distribute event publicity materials (e.g. posters, digital content). Promote activities through social media and community channels to maximise participation. Assist in capturing photos, videos, and success stories for reporting. Operational Support Assist in venue setup and coordination during events. Support daily centre operations, including visitor assistance and activity scheduling. Partnership & Volunteer Management Liaise with external partners to co-organise programmes. Recruit, brief, and manage volunteers for community activities. Reporting & Administration Maintain programme databases and attendance records. Prepare post-event reports and expenditure summaries. Support procurement and documentation processes. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in event management, community engagement, or recreation-related roles. Skills & Competencies: Creative, energetic, and detail-oriented. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g. Canva) preferred. Comfortable working evenings and weekends for events.
