Level: Principal Location: Singapore Position: Technical Lead Experience: 10+ years Employment Type: Perm. Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, OpenShift Platform, and Apache Kafka. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of hands-on experience in software development and should be adept at leading technical teams, designing scalable solutions, and supporting various testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Non-Functional Testing (NFT). Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB. Manage and deploy applications on the OpenShift platform, ensuring optimal performance. Implement real-time data processing solutions using Apache Kafka. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions. Support end-to-end testing processes, including UAT, NFT, and other quality assurance activities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely solutions. Continuously improve coding standards, best practices, and development workflows. Preferred Qualifications Certifications related to Java, OpenShift, or Apache Kafka. Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture. Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.
