Able to build a deep understanding and a high degree of empathy for users
Great attention to detail
Comfortable experimenting and iterating on ideas

Love validating product designs with customers
Enjoys gathering insights, conducting user research and interviews
Creates prototypes to test out new ideas and improve existing features
Enjoys collaborating closely with other designers, developers, and other team members
Able to work independently
Requirements:
1-2 years of digital product design experience
Positive attitude
Strong command of visual design, interaction design, and information architecture
Capable of communicating and prototyping interactions rapidly at all levels of fidelity
Familiar with working with design systems
Know your way around Figma
Comfortable with user research and utilizing data to inform decisions
A propensity for experimentation
An inclusive and thoughtful approach to your colleagues and peers
Basic understanding of user-centred design principles
