Warehouse Associate Job Description

This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products.
  • Perform inventory controls and maintain quality standards for audits.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
  • Complete diary logs into inventory.
  • Report any discrepancies.
  • Pick, pack, and scrap aging stock and submit reports for recording purposes.
  • Implement First In, First Out practices among colleagues.
  • Communicate and cooperate with managers and colleagues.
  • Operate and maintain preventive maintenance on warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Arrange logistics or freight forwarder companies for transportation unloading and loading.

Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Forklift license.
  • High school diploma or 2 years of warehouse work experience.
