This is your chance to directly impact the lives of women and survivors of sexual assault by supporting our crucial Women's Care Centre (WCC) and Sexual Assault Care Centre (SACC). More than just a job, this is a chance to: Make a tangible impact on the lives of women facing challenges Work alongside a team of professionals committed to gender equality Develop your skills in project management, advocacy and client support Contribute to innovative initiatives that support and protect women Position : Senior Programme Executive Department : CARE Commitment : Contract, full time Salary range: SGD$3,880-4,380What you'll do: Plan, coordinate, and execute CARE services, ensuring seamless operations and a client‐centric approach Partner with service teams, volunteers, and stakeholders to build a supportive network for survivors Leading and supporting short‐term and long‐term initiatives that promote awareness, prevention, and policy change Provide emotional and practical support to clients, fostering healing and resilience Build and nurture relationships with internal and external partners to amplify impact Are you the one we're looking for?3+ years of experience coordinating services or related projects/programmes Social work or related field qualifications and experience in the social sector (desired)Strong project management skills: analytical, organised, detail‐oriented, with excellent report writing and documentation abilities Empathy, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit to thrive in a supportive and fast‐paced environment Confidentiality, proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite, and excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)Strong belief in gender equality and the values of AWARE You must read and acknowledge our Privacy Statement here.
