About the role:
Supervise 1 account assistant
Team of 5 including manager
Prefer immediate starter
Responsibilities:
Supervisory role and provide guidance to accounts assistance.
Outgoing payment check before submitting for approval and ensure journal entries are properly recorded in company books.
Liaise with Tax agent for company Corporate Income Tax computation and assist on other tax matters (e.g., S45 withholding tax).
Perform monthly CO costing closing process using SAP system.
Assist on monthly management report analysis and prepare monthly management report under supervision of Finance Manager.
Review and submit GST to IRAS quarterly and assist Finance Manager on interim and year-end audit matters.
Assist Finance Manager on coordination work, stock take reconciliation, and perform annual physical stock count activities.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent is necessary.
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in accounting field is required.
Candidate with working experience in manufacturing firm is preferable.
Candidate with working experience in SAP accounting system is required.
Able to communicate effectively in English.
High responsibility, team player with good initiative and interpersonal skills.
Able to start work immediately.
