The training programme consists of 15 months of local attachment with GSK. Due to the nature of the programme, we can only consider Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents. What will you do?To support Manufacturing Operations in the following areas: Manage deviation investigations and CAPAs of high complexity and related to process or technical events. Changes through site change control system and SAP data management (eg. BOM)Non-process specific training Key participant in the continuous process verification platform and be able to explain trends Support Manufacturing Operations in tracking process parameters Handle Quality and business-continuity risks Gap analysis of QMS and Quality Alerts, as well as regulatory guidelines Prepare documents and training materials as required to support the activities of the operations department Identify, manage and execute improvement initiatives in the following areas: Batch record improvement Process improvement Alarms management Materials management Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives Support Manufacturing Operations in executing validation, trials, development and technical
