Apply now to contribute to cutting‐edge research in fish nutrition and aquaculture science. Responsibilities Conduct research and provide technical expertise in fish nutrition. Analyse research findings and disseminate data. Achieve project KPIs, guide researchers through training, and publish research articles in alignment with grant objectives. Coordinate with external collaborators on project development. Document, collate, analyse and interpret data. Carry out procurement, including liaising with vendors, sourcing materials, equipment and testing, and raising purchase requests. Document and track project issues, expenses, and budget tracking. Mentor students involved in final‐year projects, internships, short‐term work attachments, and similar programmes. Plan experiments and prepare progress reports for regular project updates. Perform any other related duties assigned by the project leader and co‐project leaders. Qualifications Relevant qualification in aquaculture or fish nutrition, fish biology, or fish genetics. Relevant experience demonstrated by scientific publications in the areas of expertise. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with people at all levels. Proficient in planning, organising, multi‐tasking, and a strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned duties on time. Proficient IT skills. Good documentation skills, laboratory techniques, and research and data analysis skills. Successful candidate will be employed on a contract basis and will be based either fully or on a rotational basis at one of the local partner institutions.
