Roles & Responsibilities Contract Duration: 1 YearWork Location: CaldecottWork Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Caseworker (Disability Homes and Therapy Hubs) . You will provide administrative and operational support to ensure effective oversight of Adult Disability Homes, Hostels, Children Disability Homes, and Therapy Hubs, contributing to quality assurance and service excellence across the disability residential sector. Key Responsibilities Organise Board of Visitors meetings for Adult Disability Homes and compile materials for discussion. Support on-site assurance activities for Therapy Hubs. Assist in licensing inspections for Children Disability Homes. Follow up on Business Continuity Plans for Therapy Hubs. Support investigations of feedback received from Board of Visitors members and Homes. Coordinate and manage meetings , including scheduling and logistics. Assist in developmental checks for Disability Homes to prepare for implementation of the Social Residential Homes Act. Coordinate attendance and communication with Disability Homes for the implementation of new guidelines and requirements. Skills and Competencies Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or other relevant disciplines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to engage effectively with Homes and stakeholders on requirements and standards. Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong report writing and documentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
