Assistant Finance Manager

Duties & Responsibilities Assist in routine financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Support ad-hoc financial requests and prepare data for management and strategic decision-making. Prepare and submit withholding tax documentation. Review and update the Risk Control Matrix. Conduct analysis to support quarterly financial reporting. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance process efficiency. Prepare and review journal entries and budget transfers. Prepare and review WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) creations and submissions. Requirements Recognized degree in Accountancy with 3 years of relevant working experience. Knowledge of SAP financial systems (S4 HANA) and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem‐solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. High level of independence, maturity, and ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
